I wonder if the HPFP will be fixed by the time this comes out. The front bumper does wonders for this once ugly duck.

I've never been a fan of the BMW split grill that they put on every single model.

I don't care for the proportions or design of this car at all...It doesn't look right to me.

that car *looks* like it could weigh 2800-2900, wtf did they do to it? im sure its still quick, but im less impressed after hearing that

+1 on the split grill. the reason bmw has such little appeal to me is the lack of personality and way to distinguish models from one another

I Agree. The 1 series should have been a smaller, lighter car in the spirit of the 2002. The only compelling thing the 1 has over the 3 is price. Looks wise, the 3 seems just right to the 1's rather awkward look.
