Interpol Called for Arrest of WikiLeaks Founder

LONDON — For nearly two weeks, Interpol has been circulating a broad international call for the arrest of Julian Assange, the founder of the WikiLeaks whistle-blowing organization, to face questioning about alleged sex crimes, Interpol said on its Web site on Wednesday.

Bought time to do something, dunno why our leader and the rest of the world ones hasn't just signed it off as national/world security and the guy goes MIA off the face of the earth.

He one of those nuts like those who gave Russia our nuke secrets in WW2 like them having the info two would make the world a safer place.

Well, when he originally started his document dumps online, the information wasn't really all that damaging to the current administration.

But with this most recent document dump, it became damaging to the current administration, so now they're getting all upset and stuff. I thought that was kind of humorous in itself.

I really hope this Assange guy goes ahead with his plans on doing a massive document dump that covers the corruption in the Russian government. When he does that, we'll mysteriously never hear another thing about him

I have yet to hear a single thing that surprises me from the latest set of documents. The older stuff from Iraq? Sure. But the diplomatic papers? Nothing yet

Current administration aside, the documents that were leaked could very well get AMERICAN's and possibly their families KILLED!!! Please do not make light of the situation, there is far more leaked in those documents than you can imagine and as a military member, I am very concerned about these types of documents having been leaked. It is pure treason and who ever submits these documents should be sentenced to death IMHO!

Thats right and its been awhile, but the military has a penalty of death by firing squad, very fitting.

But this guy is Australian.... sooo unless he starts releasing some Australian military secrets, he hasn't committed treason. Now, Aussie could probably charge him with releasing damaging intel against one of their allies or something like that, but thats about all I can think of.

I had problems with him doing this when this was damaging the previous administration, and it seemed that many of the same party of the current administration didn't have a problem with it then.

I also have problems with it now. But, for some reason, those same people that didn't complain back then have their panties in a wad now.
