that thread was fun at first... i just remember being tired & seeing someone complaining about a post getting edited, so i edited the crap out of it & voilà... a week of fun!

BTW Jeff, cold turkey all the way! Its the only thing that worked for me. Will be 6 months no smoking on Feb 10!

Just remember the average craving lasts about 5 minutes. Get through that by distracting yourself during those times for the first month and it gets much easier after that! You can do it!

last time i did it for 3 or 4 months but i ended up going back cuz i get

should of never started it but 14 years ago i thought it was
