Aside from the obligitory late 1800 and early 1900 coins, I've got some mandolins and guitars from the 1910's, '20's, 30's and 40's. That's the jist of my handle

The oldest thing I own is my Pet Rock, I figure it`s few Billion years old. I keep asking it just exactly how old it is but it just stares blankly at me and refuses to answer.

I have a few, well more than a few, Pre-War Schwinn Bicycles, all fat tire, even a pre-war Cycle Truck that seems to be pretty rare.

Bavarian Bone China from the early 1900s. It was brought over from Germany after WWII. The China came from a family who owned a furniture company before the Reich took the contry over.

My grandmother's brother was an Army "Sapper" whose company was charged with burrowing into the rubble and finding survivors. After Berlin was bombed by Russia near the end of the war. He met a young German girl and they were later married. That is how it came into my family and later the China was passed down to me. The dishes are dated 1901.

Also in the Hutch are "Bamboo" champagne glasses dated to 1898. And the Cherry pitcher on the top shelf came from my wife's family who lived next door to Earnest Hemingway. Her Great Grandfather and Earie shared drinks from that Cherry pitcher. Not pictured is a "Goddes of Mercy" statue dated from 1600s China. The statue came from Japan after the end of WWII. My wifes's Grandfather bought it from a street vendor in Masawa Japan as a Birthday gift for her mom. Her mom lived in Masawa for a while during the 50s.
