I have 3 big bags of candy at the ready and no trick-or-treaters. What happened to this holiday?! When I was a kid, I'd have been hitting up EVERY house in a quest for candy. I guess our house isn't decorated enough but I can't put a sign in the window that says "Free Candy" without worrying that people will think we're pedophiles or something. I could see it if we were in a big town with bad neighborhoods or something, but Abilene, Kansas?! I guess our neighbors' kids will reap the harvest tomorrow. *sigh*
