So pathetic I just HAD to share

I gotta admit, Honda minivans are pretty RokNroll. I gotta get me an Odyssey to pick up chicks in as I haul serious ass to the Sabbath concert.

thanks for posting. I have been considering getting a minivan as opposed to another toy car for me. Hardly drive my cars now and wife loves the Oddessy (but not more than her Suburban). I'll look at one tomorrow. Yep, it would be for me. hehehehehhe

No doubt it's a practical, comfortable vehicle- but in no way does it resemble a Panther!

Well, that's one way to advertise a car!
It actually made a minivan look moderately epic to me, the irony being that I consider minivans the ungodliest abominations to plague the road.

The first part of that last statement is sarcastic. The last part is an understatement to what I consider minivans as words only convey so much meaning.

well guys, honestly, once you have 2-3 kids, are carting them all over the place with all their STUFF, and you and the misses only have ONE vehicle, other than your WORK car/truck......well a minivan is pretty practicle. I delt with that for quite a few years.....sometimes ya just gotta make those sacrifices for the family.

True. But it's hardly a leather jacket kinda ride- like this commercial would lead you to believe...

Jeremy Clarkson would approve this commercial. Not the Honda, just the presentation.

We bought an Odysee for the wife back in 1999 and traded it in on another Odysee last year. We would not have even considered any other vehicle. They are very practical and more than adequate performers. The commercial is a bit over the top but the vehicle is definately satisfying to own.

Good lord, first time I saw this on TV and heard "Electric Eye" I damn near shot myself. Same with "Barracuda" and the motif of the 'Stoner/Shag Van' when they started this campaign.

Express done into a shag van. Done and done.

Chevy. At least we still make RWD V8 Panel Vans, world.

I've seriously contemplated digging up a G20/30 and doing one up as a winter driver.

Or a CUCV.

Or a new Express panel.

Hmm.. *runs off to see if anyone's done it yet..*
