A nice juicy burger does sound great right now. I wouldn't mind a nice medium rare steak either.

I can do rare and have on a few occasions but I prefer MR. Can't do it if it's cooked any longer. Too tough and flavorless IMO.

I'm also a firm believer than meat should bleed when you cut into it.
