Well. some of us have to work Saturday damn it. Hank Williams Jr and his Rowdy friends will be in the house. But I do have Sunday off, yea...

Muse coming on Tuesday and we have our opening home hockey game (finally) Wednesday vs the Capitals and then the Penguins next Saturday.

Later, gonna go watch center Center Ice...

PC issues never seem to end do they?!
Randy and I are on the couch watching NCIS!! I love that show!
I'm tired, I had a hard workout this morning and stayed busy at work all day!
I'm resting my legs!!!

Oh man, doing legs is the worst. At my old gym, the weight room was upstairs. I don't know how many times I almost nosedived down those stairs after using that leg press

Thank Bonnie!! No they don't, which is why I'm posting from my phone.

NCIS is one of my 3 favs. I'm watching a rerun on USA as I type this.

Tell Randy to stop being such a slave driver and give you a break.

I know whatcha mean! Lunges, leg extentions, squates, and calf raises all using weights, 5 sets of 12...........god help me!!!

When I ran track the coach would take us on a 2 mile run as a warm up and then do multiple exercises throughout practice with us finishing by running the football stadium bleachers until he decided we had enough. Brutal!!

I much preferred all of the suicides we ran in basketball to track.
