Keeping it GM

Here are a couple of pics of my addition to my Camaro. My wife has driven a Lexus for the past 16 years (great cars) but after turnning in my 07 Tahoe we figured a SUV was needed again. I was really wanting an Escalade but the 10k+ premium over a tahoe was a bit much. After attending the Chicago auto show we decided to order a new SRX. I had the car deliverd to my home for her birthday, she was very surprised. She loves her little SRX and really fell in love with the new CTS-v (hopefully my next ride)
Hope you all like

Way to go. Beautiful driveway. The SS really sets if off with the painted stripes. GM all the way.

My back yard is the 18th fairway so I guess I do.To bad I'm never home to golf it . I was concernd a bit going from a Tahoe to the SRX. The only thing I miss is the towing ability and a great v8 that the Tahoe had otherwise the caddy is a peach.
Heres a pic of the hoe and and a back yrd peak

NIIIIIIICE Cadillac.. and nice Camaro. I've driven the SRX4 several times and can't even remotely stop saying nice things about it. Also beautiful landscape

My only gripe with the SRX is that Cadillac won't put a turbo 3.6L in there with about 430HP and call it a V.

That would be nice. The SRX could use some power, the 3.6 would have been a great option. The only real complaint I have is with the roof. Durimng heavy rain it can sound tinny. Nice stable you have.

Well I will let U in on a secret... The SRX will be getting a TURBO 3.0L or 3.6L for 2012. I don't kno what the specific HP rating is gonna be but I kno the Turbo 3.6L was supposedly good for 450 and the 3.0L was tested up to 425HP.

I'm assuming U don't have the Sunroof. I can't buy a car unless I can somehow get my rays. Saying that because i have the Dual Sunroof in my Caddy and have not heard the "tinny" sound because it's pretty much all glass. The SRX sunroof is even larger than mine

Thanks.

2011 Camaro RS, 2010 Malibu LTZ, 2009 CTS-V, 2008 Corvette Z51, 2007 Tahoe LTZ...

I'm not the one who should get credit... blame my addiction on John Heinricy(big Thanx), Bob Lutz, Rick Wagoner, Ed Welburn (big thanx), and a man who got me into Corvettes before I could even talk ZORA DUNTOV.

Anyway.. NICE rides yourself. The Caddy is effin SWEET, love the color, the car, the way it handles. The Camaro SS is just as fine... enjoy
