I just get to see multi-million dollar salaried hockey players drive in, park and head for their practice or game at the arena.

I am fortunate enough to get to see the Blue Angels every year when they do an air show on Long Island, NY on Memorial Day weekend...
Even if I don't get to the show, I have a ringside seat, as they practice for days before the show and fly right over my house...boy oh boy are they loud...I can hear them coming, and still have enough time to run outside and still see them before they pass by...

Saw them at a local airshow a few years back and I've yet to compare them to the Thunderbirds since I missed their appearance at KBTL.

Used our hangars to park their equipment and IIRC a spare jet they kept on hand that year.

I say the latter since they made us dump our main hangar on it's head which housed enough room for both.. We shove a Sabreliner in there along with a Merlin IIB and a Beech Baron.. an F-16, some boxes, and a few diesel starters 'll fit just fine.

They did a show here in the Charleston harbor back in April. Didn't get the chance to go as I had to work. But had a great view of them taking off and landing over a few days at work here on the Air Force base flightline.

I saw the Blue Angels years ago with my Grandpa, just before he passed away. Its an experience I'll never forget.
