Me? I was downloading something during a thunderstorm once. The power went out for a second or two. I must have been near my co-lo, because I swear for about 3-5 mins after the power reset my download went uncapped - I think I might have sustained something like 4-5 megs down - on a 1.5 cable modem (yes the computer stayed on, I dont know how or why to this day).

I have a 10Mb down connection but I can get upt0 30Mb down on it. Trick is learning how!!
