"I DID IT"

I signed Scott and I up for the gym for 3 months. It's my Birthday present to me. We have both been doing well on our diet, but now to get in shape. I know Scott will go!! Why??? Cause I alreay paid for it and he is too cheap or frugal as he says to waste the money. I spent 2 hours there today doing cardio and weights and feel great. Bonnie you are my inspiration!! Thanks for a great weekend!! I'd appreciate some support here to keep Scott focused on working out-- you guys rock!

Good for you Kathie!! It was always easier for me to go to the gym if I had a workout partner. Wasn't much incentive going by myself (that was before I got the Camaro though - so anytime I can drive that beast - let's go)..

Congrats. Life is better when you're in shape. You'll have more energy, be happier and you'll probably notice some changes in the bedroom as well. . .
