It's being filmed in 3D so you won't get cheesy after the fact 3D. Its going to be on part with Avatar 3D. I'm actually starting to like 3D movies but I still hate the prices. One theater here has matinee 3D tickets for $10.25 which is the same price as primetime non-3D movies so its not too bad.

Can't wait to see TF3 in 3D!
