HOLY SHIT I have never seen that.

Talk about taking a great looking car, removing one part, and making it look like complete shit.

Well, that Vipers spoiler is only a bit taller than the ones on the ACR:

As for the Trans Am, I've never seen one like that either. Pontiac cars, particularly late 90's designs, seem to need spoilers in order to look right. Grand Am's, Sunfire's, Grand Prix's, and Firebird's all look wrong without them.

Yeah but the ACR's is functional, take a good look at that first one, its worthless in every way.

I can usually forgive spoilers that are actually their for functionality, like the ACR spoiler. Plus it looks about a million times more tasteful on the car than the one on the picture above.

And generally if a car is offered with a spoiler or not, I tend to like the versions with the spoilers more. The TA apparently has to have the spoiler.

Perhaps its being used as a speed inhibitor/warning device? Once it gets to a certain speed (which would be lower than it would otherwise be, due to drag) the spoiler will probably begin to behave ... abnormally, either bending or shaking or doing something else it otherwise shouldn't. Thats the first warning to slow down. The second is when the entire thing falls off. There are no further warnings after that.

so not totally worthless ...
