YES its a SIC car, and yes, they may have driven it on the street.......but it certainly isn't STREET LEGAL.

Meh, my car could run the 1/4 faster. So long as I get to cross the start at 125 mph. Which would require the removal of the speed limiter in my car.

Must be street legal because he has to drive it to each of the 5 tracks in 5 different states! Maybe he changes gears for the road trip. Must be nasty on gas!!!!!
