About 400 lbs lighter than the SRT8 with AWD and pretty aggressive gearing.

i assume the challenger will have new gearing as well along with mds and vvt
challenger 4144
gtr 3830
its closer to 300lbs lighter, so if they reduce the weight a bit, those numbers could be real. again I want to see it tested and i want to reserve judgment til they do an all out press release but all im saying is that it isnt out the realm of possibility.

You really have ZERO clue about anything, you just think you are some automotive messiah who talks alot and never really says anything. Overall reactions were excellent from the new CHarger to what is apparently a VERY impressive 300 that used the BMW 5 series as a target. By the time 2011 rolls around they are going to have a VERY nice lineup.

I say plenty. It's just contrary to what you believe so you don't listen.

Do you want to know why you haven't seen the cars you're talking about yet? They aren't released to the public yet.

The rumors and gossip the 'dealers' hearing all of this information from sign NDA's and take great personal risk by leaking said information. This means that real leaks don't happen and this is all lies.

Wait for the public disclosure of any new products before you start cheerleading for a subpar company.

Dude, Chrysler had nearly all of the dealers in Fl this week showing them these new cars and yes they saw them and while we haven't seen most in public (please see lins for a couple anyways), they are coming. I am not going to argue with you, just because you don't like a company, doesn't mean it is going to go away.

Yeah, you're right. They don't have any new products comming, or any updates to anything. And they certainly don't want to introduce anything thats actually impressive. This is all just a big lie to get people to stop buying their current non-competitive vehicles and wait for some vapourware. Its all cleverly orchestrated to cause the company to go out of business.

Never mind the rave reviews that the Grand Cherokee is getting, or the hotly anticipated 300 and Charger. And also ignore the logic that if they haven't really done anything in the last couple years, there should be a huge wave of new stuff coming very soon. Ignore all that. Chrysler is a company that wants to fail and is doing everything it can to do so

Your sarcasm is placed incorrectly. I know Chrysler is coming out with new products. However, the meeting that the bulk of his articles allude to the new product details are under NDA.

If Chrysler wants this information made public, they won't do it through a poorly designed fansite.

Patriot looks the same to me, and that 200 looks like a rental car--just like the Sebring it's replacing.

Ah, so they're going to introduce new/refreshed product but its all going to be complete garbage? Is that what you're trying to say?

MDS doesn't make you go faster, and the GTR already has VVT. Its unlikely that the SRT8's would be geared as aggressively as the GTR but possible. If they cut weight, its only going to be around 100 lbs. But it still won't have AWD and it will still be heavier. I'd estimate that it will do 60 in about 4.2 or 4.3 seconds, if it gets ~475 hp. But some say it could get a good deal more than that. In which case, they might be able to bring it down to 3.9 like you suggested. We shall see. But ~475 hp and 3.9s to 60? I don't see it.

I made no speculation to the future quality of a product no one in the public has seen.
