I have a 360 and im wondering if microsoft will bill me after my subscription is out. I get 1 month trial. Also when i get a 12 month how about after that?

Well for me, they send me an email approximately 2 weeks before they charge my card for renewal. The email says basically "on x date, we have your xbl account set to renew to card xxxx6700. If you do not wish to renew or have other changes, please call us or go to our website".

if you use a CC on file when you sign up for xbox live Gold (the version that allows multiplayer and is the one you pay for) and your subscription runs out it will automatically charge the card when that type of plan renews. if you had a 1 month plan it will renew each month, if you had the 3 month plan, bingo 3 months it will renew again. if you use the store bought Live cards and your card runs out the Live will switch the the Silver plan, you can still chat with your friends, download demos etc, but you cannot play online multiplayer and if you have a Netflix account you cannot stream the movies to the PC if you have it hooked to a router wire or wirelessly. I personally use the cards in the store, if you get a 1 year card you get a 13th month for free for 49.99 or cheaper if you buy them online like at amazon.com.

You can go to any store (Walmart, Meijer, whatever) and buy Xbox Live subscription cards. I think the 12+1 month subscription card is $49.99 or something like that.

if you set it up on the 360 or call the 1800 4MYXBOX number and give them a credit card on file they will charge the card based on what plan you have (1, 3, or 12 etc). if you just buy the subscription cards in the store you never get charged when the card runs out, it just goes from gold (multiplayer) to silver (no multiplayer, but you can still download demos and stuff).
