lol.... got in an argument.

I just got back from filling my car up with gas, and the guy next to me who had an AMG mercedes (idk which class) starts talking shit about mustang GT's. i didnt care until he began saying that even with a supercharger a GT wouldnt hang with his cause it would only have 300 hp......lol

anyways i just spoke up and told him the stock block could take up to the equivalent of 500 rwhp reliably. he immediately exploded and said

" you wanna go punk?!? huh? i will line up with you right here and now at that stop light".

i told him that my car wasn't a straight line car and that it was primarily a track car. and that anybody could take an automatic car and floor it at a stop light.

He then claimed that he will take me at a track as well as a tiny little mustang couldnt keep up with his 100k amg.

i said a guy thought the same thing this past weekend until i ran circles around him, gave him the information to come to the next track day in october and ended it there.

I thought a guy able to afford such a car would be a more mature person, but he talked more like a ricer with money...

thats why i keep my eyes down at the gas pumps, i dont want to talk to anyone. haha. cause you always get these guys tryin to talk to you...

If I could afford an amg , I wouldn't care what a mustang GT could do. This guy must be a real nut case ,or it wasn't his car.

At our local gas stations, I tend to argue with the pump, nevermind anyone else around. The damn things now have tv screens blasting some stupid commercial, and I can never find the freaking mute button!!

I would have agreed to race him. I would have went up to the stop light, revved the shit out of my car, then when he took off, I would calmly signal and turn off and go on my marry way

Don't engage in conversations with random people at a gas station if they act like that.
