There was a study done, and there where two things that I remembered the most about how bad ARCO was.

They Oxygen %'s are alot higher then other companys, and its dirty fuel. They took super filters "dont know what made them super" and the ARCO gas was very very dirty compared to the other gas's.

As far as my cars go, I use full synthetic & 90 or better in my Suburban, & Camaro. and I use E85 in my Silverado if its available. And never use ARCO.

Thats just ny .02cents.
