Ok, here's a real question for B & PQ...Is there a full listing somewhere of all the voice commands you can use with bluetooth on the 2010 Camaro?

Ok, so I've learned so many things about you two on this thread...

I knew you two worked together (I give you high marks for that alone, I couldn't work beside my husband all day, he's a computer guy), but had no idea what you did for a living until a couple posts ago, congratulations!!!

And, I didn't know you have a daughter, Rebecca, I think. I read of your son in an earlier thread driving PQ's Camaro as a tribute to Dawson.

As much "ribbing" as the two of you take (and give), I, as one member of this community enjoy the hell out of you two. I'm glad we're "family". Lori

Thanks Lori, we really enjoy the heck out of all the fun we have on this forum!!! We've met some awesome folks and a few have become really great friends!!!!! I hope everything works out in May and we can get together, Your Nieces wedding right??

OK Ive got a real question for Bonnie....

Ok sents your so fit, work out, & look great. What is the best way for a woman "NO IM NOT A WOMAN" to work there abbs? Do you have any special exercises you do, know of, or recommend?

I myself have a shead "to keep the pony warm over the winter" and am perfectly fine with it....

crunches, hyper extentions! and honestly the best way to firm up those abs is interval sprints!!! Go on a walk, take a stopwatch with you and walk for 30 seconds and sprint as fast as you can for 20 seconds, do this for about 20 minutes and your abs will tighten like mad, atleast 3 times a week!!
