First off, let me start by saying that I'm not Japanese. WESMAN, look up the word "egocentrism". Maybe our culture seems weird to people outside the US and western Europe. I'm not so sure how owning a Toyota means you're taking part in their culture.

Got me there; the ISF does have plastic tips on the rear...The 8speed gearbox is quite nice though :p ...Yet I don't claim the ISF all that special..Its just a standard ISX50 with a 5.0 V8...On the other-hand the M3 vs standard E90/E92 its a different car....

The LS400 brakes are heavy, ancient cast iron pieces that date back to the 80's, when Toyota first started putting them on their trucks. They are very poorly designed and have a repuation for failing prematurely. Toyota trucks are always in the shop needing new fixed pot calipers. I want you to take one guess how much I care what the Asians think. |

The first one is aluminum....
If its the same as the factory brakes on my 99 GS300 it should be a slider twin piston..Rear's a single I know.. ![]() ..Front slider... uno piston..dos piston Last edited by Jay J; 09-07-2010 at 11:16 PM. |
