also do what i did, get as many people you can to hire and when you are working on the comp or around the house do jobs that don't take to long and when you go to sleep put it on 8 hours or however long you will be in bed. and so forth
I setup a Mouse Stroke Macro when I am afk to start jobs and collect cash. Once the job is finish and the cash is collected it starts another job. It also collects the cash from all the vending machines and game tables.

I'm level 17, with 8 car show wins, with my 2010 camaro, i have only entered 10 shows, the first was before the designs showed, and recently i placed second, but placed first the next day (this morning) high racing score of 5400something with the camaro, hit perfect maxed out on all 4 mouse clicks.

If you google, Mouse Macro, there are a bunch that come up. All you need to do once you install it is press record, then go through the motions you would do to start a job, wait for the job to complete, collect the cash, then stop the recording.

Once you have done this you just set the macro to loop over and over. Press the play button on the macro and the cursor follows through all the motions it just went through, again and again.

I just keep doing the 2 minute jobs as they yield the highest XP and Pay per hour.

This is AWESOME!!! Cheating...but AWESOME!!!

Do you have to have the game on though? I can probably leave it on while I'm at work and keep an eye on it through Remote Desktop...

You have to edit the Replay settings and set the number high like 1000. I think the default on most of the programs are 2 - 3 replays. But in one of the options menus you can set the replay to whatever number you like.

I think it takes away from the game it's self by using stuff like that to get more coins and XP... As my mama always said, If you don't work for what you get there is no satisfaction in getting it.. I actually have to be there and get them and really EARN them, makes you feel like you accomplised something..not the dang computer playing the game...and what's the fun in the computer playing the game for you?

In mindless games I cant see sitting there doing mundane tasks. I would like to get the Camaro car and mess around with the skins and templates. Frankly I dont have the time to click the shop worker over and over to level up. This is where a Computer program comes in.

Now in a game that requires skill such as an FPS or MMO, I wouldnt think to use a program to gain an advantage.
