no kidding. I sat in a SRT-8 Charger a few weeks ago.... a 6.1L Hemi in a sedan .


now if they'd only make a Chevy version of the G8 GXP...... Get that in a M6 and I'd be all over it. I'd pick my sister and all of her friends up from school.... and scare the out of them.... well I already do that in the camaro .... I don't pick her up much just because of that

The problem with the GTO and the G8 may very well have been the Pontiac brand itself. There just wasn't enough exposure. The G8 was well known within enthusiast circles but the general public had little knowledge of it. It also didn't help that GM advertised it for a few weeks after its introduction and then just stopped.

Plus, the GTO was pretty bland for what it was trying to be. It doesn't stand out in traffic at all.

your right, I like the look of the GTO but it is kinda bland.... most people don't know what it is still you step on it. I'd like one as a DD though, driving on the highway daily, it doesn't attract as much attention as a camaro does.

Even though the 2012 thing is the biggest load of bull**** known to man. I swear, all that happened was that the Mayan guy who was making the calendar looked up and said "Sh*t, I'm out of rocks to carve this damn thing on.
