A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

Gotcha .. you quoted me talking about the camaro
![]() Anyway ... I believe the 135i surprises a lot of folks .. it handles really well ... Power is debatable as your talking NA vs FI .. a lot more low end on the 135i and it is surely underrated as most folks are dynoing closer to 280 - 290 to the wheels which is a bit more than 300 crank .. Anyways .. i think it would be a great race ... Crowley

![]() the 135i is definately a sleeper, and i agree it will suprise alot of people, AND ill say it might be the best COMBINATION of speed/handling in this 3 car comparison... however id give speed to Camaro, and Handling to 370. What are the skidpad/slalom times for the 135i?

Ok the camaro better had a good dam reason for taking so ''f'' ing long and release some track data or have the car available to other performance testing companies. that said either the camaro has someting up its sleeves for killing the competition or it has its head in hole. every one else has released their '' f '' ing cars to be tested.

You want to build hype about a car, you go show it off.... Not hope people are going to ignore all the OTHER cars and wait anxiously for your reveal.. look what the GTR did. Went out and blew everyone's doors off. (with racing slicks and ringer parts...) BUT it got EVERYONE talking about it. Nissan didnt build hype for the car by NOT letting it be tested.

According to your logic, U.S. should stop importing all foreign cars because like you said, No American should ever consider buying foreign cars right? Just for fun, Lets think about your logic little bit deeper... What if countries of Asia and Europe decided to implement your logic, and they decided to never buy foreign cars. Asian cars only stay in Asia, American cars only stays in U.S., and Europe cars only stays in Europe. Countless American cars, SUVs, and Trucks that are being exported to the world will be stopped because according to your logic, its wrong for a citizen of certain country to purchase foreign made cars!! What do you think will happen to the world car industry? Do you think U.S. will benefit from your logic? Like someone previously said, "Ignorance is a bliss" |
