Sorry, but there are lists just like this. Just go to a Nissan dealership and look at their warranty logs.

You get a list from a specialty "enthusiast" forum for a highly unique vehicle and expect the owners to be as apathetic to bit-picky details as the owners of cheap consumer transportation appliances?

Corvette owners are going to be more likely to be "perfectionists" and more likely to write things about their cars online than your typical sedan owner.

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

I'm afraid you're dead-wrong Camaro5.......

Unless you have something more convincing; Nissan came in BELOW avg. quality, and in fact came below Chevrolet by 11 problems per vehicle. So there have to be lists somewhere.

Still...this has nothing to do with GM not warrantying a raced and abused Corvette.

Yep, I was dead wrong. GM is tops in long-term reliability.

Why do you insist on continuing this?

I'm betting I've bought a lot more new cars than most of you arguing.

Why do I post hundreds of positive, glowing things about GM products, and you back-stabbers treat me like this?

I was simply rebutting your statement about Nissan's "lists". No backstabbing going on here....

Mr Camaro5, don't you feel you are being a little hypocritical by calling people backstabbers?
Isn't that what you do when in one thread you praise GM and then in another you tear them down and defend a Japanese brand?
Or am I missing something here?
Just think about it.

GM is not perfect, but no car company is. I have found out that Owners of Japanese cars tend not to discuss their problems as much because they don't want to be "The Only One" that happens to have a problem with their car.

I respect your opinion. I can see what you're saying.

I'm not buying any other brand than Chevy to be exact.

I want GM to earn more business by continuing to improve their products.

Bashing the import brands is not the way to sell cars. I'd rather the subject never came up then to read hatred towards other cars.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone. So long.

Using facts as weapons is perceived as "backstabbing" and "unfair" to some people.

Wow I'm sorry for running him off. I realized what I had said after I hit send and tried changing it before anyone took offense but oh well. Guess too late.
