Ugh... I HATE that. Or they leave it in the middle of the empty space next to them. When conditions permit, I have actually walked over and put the cart back directly behind their car as soon as they get inside, but then again I am 6'3" and 300 pounds, so I'm not too worried about pissing inconsiderate people off...

Be nice now. It's not that they're lazy. At Wal-Mart, they simply can't push the cart down the return rack because they themselves could not fit through it. (Come-on, look at the picture...it's only wide enough for a Corolla).
