But in all honesty... I think your friends are off. They probably heard something and misconstrued it. Much like what happened above. The only way something can be considered "gang activity" is if there is a criminal element to it (commission of a crime). Drag racing on the streets is a crime. Drag racing with a group can be a gang crime. Pointing a gun at someone is a crime. Pointing a gun at someone while wearing a colored bandanna with six other people pointing guns in similar bandannas can be a gang crime. Sitting in a Wendy's parking lot with the consent of the owner to discuss your cars... is not.

Plain and simple... it wont ever happen. What I do see is major crackdowns coming for street racers. Far worse than it's ever been in years (with a growing number of fatalities and injuries across the country as a result of it).

The need to turn off the robots/crawlers. Simple txt file does it in the sites root directory will do it. Anyway, I couldn't find anything on this. Smells like BS to me. That law would technically make AAA illegal amongst many other auto clubs. Just something to chew on.
