I believe so...but I don't think it changes too much either...The reason De La Hoya got more is because he is the bigger name...I used to follow boxing more, and at one point paid attention to that type of stuff, but I can't remember any of it now...

I have heard that in the past some of oscar de la hoya's fights were paid off like they offered him more money if he let the other guy win, Im starting to think that since i couldn't belive that oscar didn't throw ANY punches he fought hard against maywether in may i know hes getting old but you can't completly fade in just a couple months!

Yea, that is definitely a strong possibility that he got paid off by someone else to lose... maybe he's hurting for $$ from blowing it all, so he took it, there is no telling...

Yes there is a possibility.... i would let some pro fighter box me in the face for 20 million i could always get my faced fixed with surgery and still have 19.8 million.
