Nope. Off the rest of the week. Was up to 6:00 this morning playing PS3 and enjoying a few cocktails. No idea why I'm already up.

I told the guy I was interested and ready to send the money, but he apparently hadn't checked out the shipping cost yet. The deal was for $500 shipped, so when he sees that shipping will cost half what I'm paying him, he will likely veto it. We'll see though, I haven't heard back from the dude in a couple of days.

Referring to the Volt as an EV in no way lessens it. Calling it a hybrid would make people want to compare it to the Prius, which the Volt outclasses in pretty much every dimension. The reason the Volt is considered a fully electric car is due to its 40 mile EV range. The Prius's EV range is extremely limited by a variety of factors. Plus, the Prius uses both the electric and gasoline motors to drive the car the majority of the time. Volt uses only the electric motor to drive the car.
