as for the 'new albums'... many artists, especially Rap artists, record a bunch of songs during album sessions. the producers and people from the label choose which songs actually go on the album. the rest pretty much just sit around. i bet what happened is after he died, the label went through the archives and created albums from the previously-recorded songs that hadn't been used.
