The Batmobile...yep! That's right.
Has anybody seen the Movie Batman: Begins? That Truck/Car monster was awesome, huh? Well...it turns out it was a real, driveable Car, capable of 100mph, 0-60 in 5 seconds, and could actually land from a fall of 30 feet.
No Joke! http://auto.howstuffworks.com/batmobile.htm My favorite, and possibly the Best part is this: " ...The car uses a 5.7-liter Chevy V-8 engine. This engine has been tuned so that it can provide the power necessary to take a 5,000-pound vehicle from zero to 60 mph (100 kph) in 5 seconds..." I found all of this incredible!

I wonder what all they've done to that engine to get it moving that much weight that quickly. |

The tumbler is pretty sick. I like the whole morph the driving position thing. I have designed lego machines like that back before the movie came out. I still wish I had the pics. it was amazing.

I was at the Nascar race where the pic on hsw was taken. Batman was the grand marshal for the race. They were promiting the movie that weekend, I think the race was officially the "Batman Begins 400"

![]() Fine. how's this? There were 4 working tumblers. One of them had MY engine in it. It also happens to be the one that did the 30-ft Jump. hmm. How's that.

no...there were 4 tumbler vehicles, they pulled my eng/tranny and swapped it over, ive got the newest setup that all you have to do is disconnect the fuel lines and the wiring harness and everything else is mounted to the engine to aid in swapping. now for the shots of the jet exhaust, I just flipped the sparkplugs in the exhaust...lol
