END OF ROAD FOR 'RIDER'

Knight Rider was planning on making the show "reboot" in order to make it more like the original. This would be better for more heritage fans. Maybe even turning KITT into a WS-6.

Might even bring some new people in. I watch it anyways and will till the end. =)

You know, they run the original series on Sleuth now.

Pretty freaky. 3rd gen Trans Am. I had just bought my new 3rd gen Z28 Camaro.

They drove the car from the backseat when KITT was "driving himself".

The driver looked through the headreast opening and had a black drape over his body in the back seat. Check it out sometime...

Might've lasted if they hadn't picked a fricken Mustang.
I would've even gone with the rumor of them using a Koenigsigg versus a Mustang!

A total slap in the face!

That's like saying, "Hey, we're gonna bring back Airwolf, but we've decided to go with an Osprey instead of Bell-206 Chopper. Deal...!"

i watched 5 minutes of one episode.....it took 3 hours for the doctors to remove the pencil from my eye....Thanks knightrider....i now have to wear an eye patch because of you....

in reality its amazing this didnt happen sooner considering how awful the show was

Like I said after the first episode, they need to bring the origional Knight 2000 back (with William Daniels as the voice of Kitt) and The Hoff out of retirment and have them team up ...

The only reason i watch is for the pure stupidity of the whole show and all the half naked girls in every show haha.

This really sucks!!!knight rider is really one of the high points of my week.i really hope it gets picked up for another season.i know i might get some grief on this board,mainly because KITT is a mustang.

Yeah,the Mustang was the problem

C'mon the Mustang was the only reason to watch that show. A show with bad actors,bad stories that starred a black car that sounded like a gay man based on a old show with bad actors,bad stories and a black car that talked like a gay man........how could it fail???? Seriously,C-3PO's voice sounds like a bad-ass compared to Kitt's. Rest in peace and good riddance.
