I am not a phone connoisseur, but I was wondering since I have Sprint, can I get a droid? I like the idea of the daily updated navigation feature since our Camaro's don't have nav.

Thanks

I was considering getting the droid since I am with Verizon. However looking at GM's site for Bluetooth, it shows that the droid doesn't do auto answering with Bluetooth in Camaro?

Is that right?

My Samsung SCH I760 doesn't do auto pairing, but if I am paired and have it connected via bluetooth, I can answer the incoming call hands free. That is a *HUGE* issue if the Droid doesn't do that.

I have used both the incredible and the moto droid. End result is i prefer the moto droid. More rugged, and i like the keyboards better, touch and physical qwerty.

Incredible felt fragile like a kids toy, drop tested it, and the screen cracked first drop. Droid X looks pretty sweet IMO, Always something new coming from verizon. Give it another 3 months and there will be a Droid XYZ Awesome phone! LMAO

I have a Motorola droid and it allows me to answer the call by pressing the button on the steering wheel. It auto pairs as well.

I've had one since about March, and I love it. It does some weird things every now and then, but nothing that hinders the phone's usage. I wish Motorola/verizon would push 2.2 for the Droid already!

How did you get that? I am still at 2.1 and on Verizon.

Also we got our rebates already and put them towards the bill.

I have the Moto Droid and like it. Robo Defense is a great time waster.

If you drop your phone in water you should remove the battery ASAP and pack it inside a bag of uncooked rice for a few days. That will save them some cases.

Yes, it's a time waster. I just got past level 180, lol.

My dog (actually my wife's dog) chewed up my HTC touch pro 2. She table surfed and pulled it onto the floor. Luckily, the wife is granting me her free upgrade and I might get a DROID. I was thinking about holding out for the DROID X, but I'm not sure I need the HDMI port and some of the other features it has...
