Treatmeant engineer for a lumber treatment plant, I treat the railroad ties for the railroads with chemical called creosote. I hate the job but it's secure. Pays for the stuff I want

I'm a mechanical engineer for GE. No, I don't make washing machines, dish washer, or light bulbs...I used to test steam turbines (someone said they keep peoples' lights on - I used to help make that equipment). Now I test flow meters. No very glamorous, but it's a job, and I have a 20min commute in the Boston area - can't beat that!
My wife is a software engineer for a different Mass. based audio entertainment company who's system unfortunately did not make it into the Camaro - and I rib her about that often!
