You know everyone SCREAMS the Camaro is hard to see out of it has blind spots. I'm almost 30 so im still young as some of you see it No I did not grow up back in the 60's however I am fortunate enough to own a 69 Camaro and a 2010.
You step into a MUSCLE CAR and then step into a New Camaro you get one thing that compares and thats the visibility.

Everyone is used to a Ford Focus or Chevy Cobalt you get into a Camaro and it teaches you to drive rather than rely on your mirriors or those wide open windows.


Every Mustang owner who has been in my car says I cant See. Step into a 69 Mach1 , 65 mustang fastback and so on and you get the same look you get in a NEW Camaro blindspots and small mirrors.

im going to give GM props on these mirrors they work very well for when you do use them.

I have 100% no problems. the first time I stepped in my 2010 I mastered the blind spots as you call them before the door was closed.

Yall are used to todays comfort. ITs an opinion just as what im giving here.

You bash the visibility of todays Camaro you are bashing history.



I love the visibility of my 2010 if I wanted more windows I would have got a Suburban.


im just making a statement so dont anyone get all bent out of shape.


You like to get in and mash the GAS I like to get in and drive the car.

Watching movies like BULLET just shows how well of a driver Steve Mcqueen was in his Stang.

its whatever you are comfortable with. In a Sports car im in a Sports car I am in a Cockpit.

lol it might sound like i am but thats what happened...the camaro launches alot better than the mustang does the camaro out launched both me and the 5.0 but i passed the ls3 by 60 and the 5.0 was never ahead of me the dig run was from 0-110 they where both starting to suck me back in dont know when the 5.0 passed the SS and dont know if the SS was sucking it back in or not...the roll is deff the mustangs race we both yanked the SS about 1.5 cars out of the whole and i had pulled the 5.0 about a car from about 60-110ish give or take a couple mph and then it got its nose infront at 130 and the SS was still 1.5+ behind me

You can actually look in your rear view mirror at a 130 mph and tell who came in second and third racing ont the street.

130 on the street or even the E-way looking at your rear view mirror ? Bad Mustang BAD!

Yep.

Wow. What an improvement a tune and exhaust will make. And most likely a driver in this case. This just goes to show anything can happen on the street. He is down over 50 horsepower but yet still taking names (which his weight would not overcome)...I love it.

I have seen vids of stock ls3 SS cars beating 05-09 mustang GT's by literally a football field in highway races.

This story means nothing...

Their is one more showing a 1 second lead to 120 also since you love it so much.

So I take it you prefer some random comment/story with no proof or basis by a fellow mustang faithful over published tests?

Which means nothing in a 20-130 roll race. What was his trap speed? Must have been around 112-113 to be staying ahead of all these cars until just getting edged out at 130 by...none other than the new GT of coarse.

This story is just a win win win for all you mustang guys.

I am sure it is 100% true.

Its got to be. Two separate published tests are much less reliable than this story with all kinds of proof and credibility from a very unbiased and fair source.

thats true it means nothing in a roll race...however i say it gives him plenty of credibility.

hes taking a car that MAY make 300 @ the tire and running a number that cars on here seeing what? 360rwhp? 380rwhp? and theyre still in the 13s. ill give credit where its due.

He should have gotten his ass kicked and the race between the new GT and SS should have been a drivers race. That is what should have happened.

I still dont follow anything you are saying for credibility. I could give a crap what he has done with his car or what time slip he posted etc. Stories like this are a dime a dozen.

You guys stick your heads in a hole when it is convenient for you. But when its not you guys are the smartest bench racers out their. Laughable...

i understand what "should" have happened. ive had plenty of races where i "shouldve" been beat down but hey...thats racing.
