Earth will definitely out live us. However, we keep mucking things up and it will be a less pleasant place for us to live. Even if we somehow managed to make the planet uninhabitable for humans, eventually we'll all die off or leave and over time the planet will fix itself.

This guy was a 55-year old boat skipper helping clean up the oil. This article claims he committed suicide and shot himself on June 23. He was hired by BP two weeks before this.

From the article: "He didn't show any signs he was going to do this that would have thrown up any red flags where you'd think you better keep an eye on him," Jason Bell, Kruse's co-captain, who knew him for a decade, told the Press-Register of Mobile, Ala.

You sound unstable. I don't have to censor or edit anything. That area in the gulf is on lock down. No one is allowed there. Clean up crews aren't allowed to talk to reporters. No one is allowed to photograph anything. No one's allowed to fly over that area. Nothing is verified by anyone from the private sector. in my personal opinion, the entire story is complete b.s. and I don't believe anyone is committing suicide and i don't have to believe anything someone printed in mainstream news. That is MY opinion. You don't have to adopt it. you don't have to read it either. Just walk away from this thread or reply however you want. I don't care. What you think does not affect my opinions.
