If you want an estimate of what you would do. Get a long flat road (preferably many miles) with little to know traffic. Would have to be a country road in a very unpopulated place. Reset you Ave MPGs accelerate moderately until you are about 1200 RPM in 6th gear. Set the cruise to this speed. After several miles (at least 20), that's about what you would get.

the V6 Camaro would probably get around that hell at 60 in 6th (with a few mods...) i get 33 on the highway on cruise. and it sounds like the new mustang gets 33 mpg at 60 as well. so i think it would be possible as it sounds like they were doing maybe 30 mph... which is easily done in 3rd and high efficiency XD or put her in 4th and REALLY drop those rps...

if you have a V6 Camaro......take it out and set the cruise at 45 and see how good your milage is......its pretty high, but who the hell cares or WANTS to drive their car that slow on the highway!!!!! damn we want to go FASTER!!!! LOL

What does that have to do with fuel, and yes you can keep up, it only goes 118, while you get 155

You know... the first thing I look at when buying a muscle/sports car is the MPG.
Do serious muscle car buyers honestly look at MPG? Really?

Okay, thanks for posting the link... but I look at performance. Which the Camaro has over the Mustang in SPADES!

*sigh* And yes, I stop by the Ford (and Chevy) dealership every few months for a fun test drive. Sorry, they don't measure up. Purely subjective, sure... but where I spend my money counts for something.
