Corvette Stingray Convertible Concept - Page 3

I loved this car when I first saw it in Transformers 2 and like the convertable even better. That's saying alot for me since I don't typically like the look of convertables (even the camaro).

And remember the camaro conepts initial intentions people? not for actual build, but they saw the effect it had and look at our 5th gens now. the C7 will definitly borrow design cues. Sideswipe looks GREAT, as a hotwheels car, a less drastic/watered down version of it would be amazing.

Other then they screwed up the headlights, (where'd the sweet hardtop headlights go?) It looks pretty awesome!

i actually kinda like this one. i just kinda wish the b pillar doesnt look detached from the body like the 4thgens.

the picture i posted kind of reminds me of ferrari. i think it would be cool if corvette branches out and makes different corvette super cars like ferrari and porsche as its own brand name. i know gm has been wanting to make mid engine corvettes. thats 2 models right there. and i heard that they were talking about 4 door corvettes like the panamera lmao 3 models :-p i actually love the blue corvette concept more then the one from transformers. it looks so exotic

They're already mid-engined, the engine is between the two axles. I just don't see the value in making multiple supercar Corvettes: the ZR1 already outperforms nearly every supercar on the market, at a faction of the cost. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
