Sales figures arent what they were b/c its a worthless car... over priced, terrible to drive, very uncomfortable... go drive one. Sure its fast but so is a Z06 or anything else comporably priced.

I have taken 1200 mile trips in a Viper they are not as bad as people make them out to be.
A Z06 is not fast compared to the ACR-X. sorry. |

The ACR-X is almost made for handling, not top-end speed, sorry.

What the hell do you think I was talking about.
And 640hp beats 505hp any day. It will still run better top end than a Z06. Probably a ZR1 also. |

That is what makes the viper great. no electronics, no nannies, just you, the car, and the road.

Even if it were street legal I'd pass. I also think Vipers are uncomfortable cars. I'll take the ZR1 any day over this.

I'm not sure what happened in this thread, went downhill in a hurry for no good reason.
My opinion on the car: I wish I had one. |

Sorry but you just don't know what your talking about on this topic. The viper arc is an awesome car that out performs even the all might Zr1. I've ridden in two and both times it left me with memories that I'll never forget. I would trade 20 of my camaro to have one arc viper. We as camaro fans better hope that dodge doesn't put the viper drive train in the challenger as rumored. With a good handling package that would be hard to beat.

And the Vipers faults are also its strengths. Its an outrageous, over the top, in your face, no excuses, balls to the wall, turn it up to 11, man up, driving machine. Evaluate it as such.
