I didnt notice transformers at all lol... But i do hate that they used 31mpg over and over lol.. thats pretty lame.

That Mustang commercial is bad ***!!! Doesn't it make you wish there was a cool Camaro commercial out? I do.
Seriously, you guys are miffed because they used the word "transformed"?  Let them have the Transformers. Those movies sucked anyway! The Camaro and what it stands for is bigger and more enduring than some robots!

ummmm aren't you happy with the camaro you bought? I am!! Who cares how Ford chooses to advertise their car..... If people miss out on the camaro that's too bad... Its not like GM is sending you a check for driving their product, or are they? If people are convinced to buy a mustang based on that commercial, I will not lose any sleep over it.... but that's just me....

Not really seeing the connection. There are some sound effects, but they don't really sound like transformer sounds, they sound more like 'speed wooshes'.
And so what if the word 'Transformed' shows up? It also says 'Amped'. Better call the energy drink companies! Ford is after them!

It's a shame people 'claim' sounds from commercials....especially since there WAS a Mustang in that movie as well.

No, it doesn't look like the Camaro. That's a concept mustang from 2 years ago by the way.
I see them in person (very rarely see 2010 mustangs though) and the mustang looks much worse in person. Really out of proportion from the rear and the side. ford must really think people are dumb if they think using the word Transformed is going to fool people. But yes, i think that's what they are doing. Pitiful. |

I guess you have to be a transformers nut. Never seen any of the movies and don't see ford ripping anything off in that commercial.
