No, you should always engage it in reverse when you park it. Neutral can tend to make it roll if not engaged properly.

Back when I had an 07 Mustang GT (manual trans) I just got home, parked the car in the street. I walk to my door and I glance back at the car like I do every day, well to my surprise when I turned around I see the car rolling down the street..LOL, I drop what ever Im carrying, running down the street going after the car, trying to jump in to stop it..thankgod the neighbors weren't out or kids for that matter.

I look back and LOL at it..I forgot the put the car in gear and set the parking brake.

First time I ever did that, and the last time.

I always put mine in gear, even in my shop. I dont even park it under the heater in fear if it falls lol.

Glad you posted. I'm going to try and rock the car with the e-brake up later and see if it slips.
