iPhone 4 announced

Looks really cool, still debating between this an EVO 4G. Gotta wait for some more reviews from hands on with the iPhone 4.

New Case Design:
Integrated antenna
Glass front and back
Thinnest smartphone yet
5mp camera with backlight illuminated sensor for better low light
720p Video recording
iMovies editing

New display:
960 × 640 called Retina Display
4x resolution of iPhone 3GS
800:1 contrast ratio

A4 Chip:
Better battery life, along with bigger battery

Gyroscope:
3 axis gyroscope
combined with accelerometer, makes for 6 axis

IMO the Droid Incredible is going to be the biggest competition for the Iphone. I have the Eris right now and love it. . the Incredible is tons faster than the eris and it is supporting a 8.1mp camera.

We don't get good service up here for sprint or AT&T...Maybe verizon will seriously reinvest in their network, come up with 5G (or something lol) and secure the iphone5 in the future..just a hope.

(just ordered the Incredible)- should be here in a couple of weeks

It's sad, but I switched from Verizon to AT&T JUST for this phone. I love mine to death, even though about 30 percent of my calls drop. Who uses a cell phone to call people anymore anyway?

Ive been with AT&T/Cingular for 5 Years, had every iPhone so far, and I honestly don't think I have ever had a dropped call.

Me. I don't even have texting. I use the data plan on my Samsung Omnia to send emails as text messages when I absolutely have to. If there's no reason to text then I call them.

Everyone in the office says they don't have them because of dropped calls on AT&T. Who actually makes phone calls anymore, that's so 1996!!

If you dial *639# on you're iPhone you can find out right now if you're eligible for an upgrade or it will give you the date you are.

I pay $30 extra a month for unlimited data with Verizon. My dad's employee discount from GM basically erases that charge off our bill anyways.
