I do use a wrist watch, but I still love my old Waltham Pocket Watch! I still use it if I wear Three Piece Suits or jeans with a pocket watch pocket.

Analog or Digital Watch?

I've actually got a few pocket watches that my grandpa gave me (that he has had since he was a boy... he's almost 91 now). I usually wear a digital and keep my nicer analog watches for when I'm not working on stuff where it could get beat up (which I'm always working on something).

standard time or military time?

I think I'd have to go with Yellow Tail... considering I've never had Lingcod. I like freshwater fishing myself (because I don't want to drive 3 hours to get to salt water). I caught a 45lb catfish last november in a small pond... that thing was a monster.

fried or grilled shrimp?

nope, no shark (that I know of). We caught 3 big ones that night. a 26lb, 34lb and the 45lb. One of the guys with us leaned over the boat to grab the 34 pounder and it actually pulled him in the water... then we had to fish him out too.
