The bottom line is if you take the top performance optioned Mustang (GT500KR-yes it's a Mustang!!) and put it against the top performance optioned Camaro. The Camaro will get creamed, in a straight line and in the corners!!! I know it's hard for you Camaro guys to accept but that's the way it is.

I look forward to spanking some gen 5 Camaro's with my outdated Mustang. That is if GM can pump out a few before they go broke.

No thanks, I would rather save thirty to forty thousand dollars.

Plus, if we were comparing top dogs from both companies, don't you think GM might bring along a ZR-1? That car would leave a KR cowering in a puddle of its own oil, in every category. Granted the ZR-1 costs more, but considering the above comparison I'd venture a guess that you don't care lol.

Excuses, excuses. The top Mustang is still faster than the top Camaro (if and when they ever hit the streets) The truth hurts don't it.

The ZR1 is an amazing car that is in a league of it's own. I love 'em!!!

Honestly I'd have to say I'd probably buy a C6 Z06 over a GT500KR.

Yup strange things sometimes happen. lol
I would love to have a GT500KR and a Z06 parked next to each other in my garage as the are both very cool, very different cars. Around here the roads are kind of brutal in places and driving a Corvette is not much fun when you have to tighten you sphincter everytime you hit a dip and bump in the road (I know this having driven my friends 2005 Z51 Vette a few times)and hearing the car grinding and scraping . The GT500KR has a bit more ground clearance and is more of a muscle/touring car whereas the Vette is a sports/muscle/touring car if that makes any sense. Again I love 'em both.

either way

any new american v8 is sweet vette camaro viper challenger charger 300c or mustang...

there all good in thier own

Dude the Viper has a V10 unless you pull a couple of plug wires.
