Hooters Car Night, WTF!!!!!!!!

I was at hooters car night in King of Prussia PA and was parked next to a v6 yellow camaro with only upgrades being non stock wheels and leather. My car is a 2 SS/RS with blacked out emblems, pedal covers. My car is victory red with black stripes and his was yellow with black stripes. at the end of the night he wins a trophy and I dont. WTF is that that the Super Sport loses to a V6. Next time I am going to Bring my uncles R8 to the show and win a damn trophy!!

big deal.... I went to one of those shows a few months ago at the Hooter's near us. The girls judged... if your car wasn't chromed over and had a big spoiler on the back... you didn't stand a chance. Don't worry, there's plenty more shows out there.

This isn't a V6 vs V8 thing. Just because you have a V8 does not mean you take the cake. Maybe the judges found that the other car was strikingly similar to yours in the sense that it was a solid color with stripes. Maybe they thought it's leather and upgraded wheels outdid your blacked out emblems.

It's a show. They judged. You lost. Big deal. I've had my car in several shows. I've never won. Dude...mine is CGM #1, have upgraded wheels, custom paint, etc, etc and I've never won. Just let it go and move on....maybe next time.

They probably liked the yellow car because it was bright and different. The murdered-out look is so common now it's gotten boring; "oh yeah, another blacked out car". I'm sure yours looks great to you but after you've seen car after car like that, it's no longer special or a big deal. Nothing against you or your car, just the way it is now.
