OK, so show me where it says they had weight reduction before that third run? You have to drop off quite a bit of weight to gain 3mph trap speed and three tenths ET. It seems to me there was no weight reduction with the first few runs. Of course I could be wrong, but it would make sense. They were trapping 119 before full weight with just the wheels and tires, x-pipe, suspension stuff, tune and K&N filter

The mirrors and mufflers are on in the low 11 sec runs.

With the SCT flash tuners you can change the neutral rev-limiter independently of the rev limiter in a forward gear. The ECU sees the car as in neutral until the clutch is released.

Look all over the mustang site there are more articles here then there are on the mustang that are made for that car. Why do you care to talk about it here? What do you gain from it? Why do you talk about a car that no one here owns nor really cares about. Go to the mustang forum, sign up there and have fun. I don't care what is said I love my camaro and i like mustangs, but you don't see any of us going on the mustang forums and posting all over their threads.

It is nice for the mods to let you post shit about a car, but all you are doing kungfuhamster is stirring the pot. Bring your opinions else where. We enjoy hearing about the mustang, but the way you post things about the mustang shows everything negative about the camaro.

All this thread is, is a bunch of cry babies bickering back and forth. Why even start a post to do that? Does it make you happy to think you are better then others, because all I see is childish posts all over this forum from both sides

I find it funny that Camaro fanatics on here claim that Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords are liars because they can get the Mustangs down the quarter so fast but a Camaro fan posts an article from them to show how fast a Camaro is lol. So basically when they are pulling low 12's in the new 5.0 it's lies but when the manage good times in the Camaro it's all true haha.

does anyone really think the Camaro will never be able to keep up with the Mustang, mod for mod (with relative similarity)?

just because you can't just slap on an intake and make it faster than any mustang will ever be anymore, doesn't mean its not gonna be screaming fast......i feel like LSx Fbody guys are just used to the Mustang being so far below the Camaro in performance, that it makes it seem like the Mustang is just too much competition, overestimating it in a sense. Camaro guys just don't seem to be used to the idea of having to actually try to beat a mustang
