Fargin' English language....

If you spell a word incorrectly because you type too fast, that's one thing. But to actually start making up words...a tad too much IMO.

Sou wad doo u tink 2day bout dis?

You know I'm guilty of typos. Mostly because of lack of proof reading.

However in the defense of some people. We all don't have equal educations, English might not be the first language of the person typing, and that person may not even be typing from inside the US.

The person typing might even be deaf or blind and software might be typing for that person.

Also some typos might not be typos, they might be keyboard settings.

Someone might also be typing phonetically from their own language.

There is more than one skill involved with corresponding on a forum like this; English grammar and vocabulary; typing skills; proof reading skills; comprehension; ect..

The most important thing is to communicate, help others, and have others help you.

Basically have fun and enjoy our camaro experiences !

Now, I know that I make typos, but when I see them I go back and fix them so they don't stay on the internet forever as mistakes, and so others learning English won't use them for examples, But I'm far from perfect, and you are too.

The scary part is this bad English, or these poor written language skills might rub off on you or other people, or just be widely excepted as the norm.

Language is alive for one thing, and if you don't use it you start to forget it is the other thing. If you know another language, visit a country where that language is spoken (and not English) then you will notice that you will start to forget the names of things in your own language, also your grammar will get all screwed up. The longer you stay there the worse it gets !

So intelligent people's English can get screwed up from learning other languages. It's kind of like running multiple operating systems in your head at the same time.

My spelling is horrible but I try to look up words in question before I post. Sometimes I even change to a different word.

Sou wad doo u tink 2day bout dis?

I'm just happy to know someone is available online on a car forum to judge me based on my typo's and incorrect usage of "to's" and "there's"! Because I care...a lot.

That's not nice. I wrote some serious stuff in my first post defending the less fortunate spellers!

Don't worry about it, unfortunately that's what people see when they read something. I make typos all the time and I'm happy when people correct them for me or point them out.

We all make misteaks

When did a wheel become a rim? That chaps my @ss, but I guess it's a sign of the times.
