OMG, just got off the lawn mower (started at 12:30) - it's frickin 91 degrees outside. Just slammed an ice cold Sam Adams Summer Ale, damn gotta have another one.. Nice "day off" huh?

Pool guys just uncovered my pool. More work, waters emerald green with a top coat of yellow/green pollen swirly stuff. Can't even see the bottom. Water is clear, just the junk on the bottom. Gotta go to the store for shock and chlorine I guess..

Well, you don't want to know my results because they'll be nowhere near what yours would be. I have a TON of trouble gaining weight.

Also, bear in mind that using protein shakes will only help you if you're working out heavily. Otherwise your body will just pass the excess protein as waste.

i was working out lightly but thats just because the workout i was on was full body 3 times a week, doing that one hard would kill anyone. so now iv changed to arms ,cardio, chest and back, cardio, legs, cardio, break day. abdominal exercises whenever i do arms chest and back and legs.

just did my arms workout about 3 hours ago, i still feel the burn

LMAO. I do a heavy full body 3 times a week. Most builders do a split exercise plan like you're talking about 5 days a week.

When I lived in SC I always tried to have my lawn mowed by 10:00 before it got to nasty outside. The heat and humidity is horrid in NC and SC.
