Really.....darn it...I'm still digging up our dead palm trees from this winters freeze!!!!! I have to replace almost all of the plants in our fower beds!!!

Ouch! At least you have palm trees! Those are not livable here!:(

I'm also keeping an eye out for some herbs, I had that last year, too.

In my backyard The hubby had these special planters that go on the railings. I keep rosemary, basil, parsley, marjoram, chives, and a separate one just for mint(it grows like crazy). Mm....

Sounds like your really have a green thumb!!! I do not..I can find new and exciting ways to kill plants!!!! but I try to keep them alive!!!

It's the hubby that does it all, I just point where, and he plants.

As for the herbs, When I'm feeling nice I'll water them, otherwise it's the hubby.
