I think that is awsome you buy american and go with it however its obvious you LOVEEEEE this new mustang then you say you want a Z28 no you dont lol Go get yourself a Mustang you know everything about every nut and bolt on that car. I just dont see why people need to come over here and promote the mustang and get a Row out of people on C5 its old. Its like you keep trying to prove to us all you like it and how much better it is Whatever. why not go chat it up with the stang guys and leave the Camaro guys alone. We dont go on Ford Boards. |

Very nice times - props to the 5.0L. Not surprising really, I knew it was going to be a quick car - especially the way the tranny is geared and the 3.73's out back.
I guess I have been out of racing for a few years, but since when did ET Streets and skinnies become "drag radials"? I know they are DOT legal but they aren't radials - not the ones on that car, anyway. They pulled the frikkin front wheels off the ground! They used to call those "cheater slicks", I believe. I think of drag radials as Nittos or something like that - that no longer true? I just like to call a spade a spade is all. |

1 word: DAMN!!
The 5.0 sure moves the hell out!! Honestly i was one of those guys that thought when it came to bolt-on vs bolt-on between the SS and the 5.0 , the SS should have no problem at all. Im not so sure about that now. |

I am thinking they might have sandbagged the bone stock run, that is a HUGE jump with those bolt on's
they went from 13.2 to 11.82 with those parts... that sounds like they slowed it down on purpose to show more of a gain from their project. |

Well, lets just hope those guys can drive the crap out of a car and the masses will be slower, as such is the case on our board.. if not our summers may be long...:(
Also Cecil county dragway is know to be roughly a tenth quicker than many other tracks in the area. People from where I live drive up there just to break records for certain setups. So if those guys drive like Evan Smith and are on an extremely fast track, we may not be in to big a trouble...maybe just moderate trouble...Lol..

I dont get why people still point out the fact that the camaro is bigger than the mustang. This has allways been the case since they started in the 60's. CHEVY=BIGGER MORE POWER and FORD=LIGHTER LESS POWER usually a wash stock. JUST DRIVE WHAT FEELS RIGHT!
